Return & Exchange Policy

Return

 

  • You have 14 days from date of delivery of your Order to return the product(s) purchased subject to meeting the ‘General Conditions’ as set out in below paragraphs.

 

  • You are required to return the product(s) purchased physically to our store (during store working hours in business-day) located in address: Prime Selection, Block D, Street 62, Shuwaikh Industrial Area 3, Kuwait.

 

Refund

 

  • Upon acceptance of the return, you will receive an email confirmation for the same.

 

  • Subsequently, we will issue a refund for the amount collected of undamaged product(s) duly returned (excluding delivery charges) to you via cash or your bank card depending on payment method used to make the purchases.

 

  • Refund on bank cards (credit/debit) shall be reflected in your card statement in time depending on the card provider.

 

Exchanges

 

To exchange a product(s), the existing product(s) shall be returned and refunded first, and a new order (purchase) shall be processed for the replacement product(s). Terms of the return and refund set out above shall apply to exchange of product(s)s.

 

General Conditions Applicable to Return, Refund, and Exchanges

 

  • All returned product(s) will undergo inspection at the point of collection.

 

  • To qualify for a refund, all product(s), including promotional product(s) accompanying the Order, must be returned to us within 14 days of order confirmation:
  • unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition (or condition in which they were received from us),
  • in their original packaging and with all brand and product(s) labels/tags/instructions still attached,
  • with authenticity cards wherever provided, and
  • accompanied with original Invoice.

 

  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the product(s) during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund in case the product(s) quality is compromised.

 

Order Cancellation

 

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services at 22281661 within one hour of order confirmation (subject to our working hours in a business day).

 

  • If you have paid using bank card (credit/debit) and cancelled the order, we will process refund transaction as soon as possible. The amount will be reflected in your card statement on time depending on the card provider.

 

  • Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside the specified procedures.
